Delivery Information

Most of our products are dispatched within 2-3 working days however some products have a longer dispatch time, for example the personalised charms and 9ct gold charms.  Each product page will display the appropriate delivery times.

Shipping

• UK Delivery - The delivery costs are £6.00 for the UK and we dispatch Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded, this normally takes within 1-2 working days to arrive in the UK.

• Republic of Ireland - The delivery costs are £6.00, we use the Royal Mail International Service, this can take between 5-7 working days.  

• Europe - The delivery costs are £10.00 for all orders to European destinations, we use the Royal Mail International Service, this can take between 5-7 working days.

• Australia - Royal Mail £10. We use the Royal Mail International service which normally takes up to 3 weeks but unfortunately during these unprecedented times we cannot confirm a delivery time.  We also offer DHL £20, delivery is normally 3 - 5 working days. 

• International Delivery - ·Royal Mail £10. We use the Royal Mail International service which normally takes up to 3 weeks but it can take longer depending on the destination.  Unfortunately, during these unprecedented times we have noticed that the delivery can take up to 6 weeks.  We also offer DHL £20 and delivery time is normally 1-3 working days. 

• Should you incur any duty or taxes in the country of destination, if you can please send proof of these and we will reimburse you.

• UK Bank Holidays will affect delivery dates. We are unable to deliver on a Bank Holiday or dispatch orders.

Returns Information 

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return your order to us within 30 days for either an exchange or a refund.  The refund will exclude any postage paid.  All pieces must be returned in a new and unworn condition and in the original packaging.

If you wish to exchange your order postage will charged at the same rate as the original order and will be dispatched by Royal Mail.  If you would like the order to be sent using DHL this will be charged to you.

Unfortunately, it is NOT possible to return or exchange personalised orders.

Returned orders should be dispatched 1st Class Recorded Delivery.

Jewellery Care

As with anything precious to you jewellery has to be looked after. Silver doesn't like anything left on it as that's when the silver will tarnish, so after wearing gently wipe each piece of jewellery clean of make up and skin oils with the Katie Mullally cleaning cloth that was included in your purchase, alternatively a 100% cotton cloth. The best way to care for your jewellery is to wear everyday, but when you're not wearing ideally keep in the grey pouch included with your order. which contains a black anti tarnish square. Exposure to the air and environment can cause your jewellery to tarnish over time.
